I grew up as an Air Force daughter, and my father taught me that making un-informed decisions can lead to disasters. I strive to be the best at what I do and to work for only the best at what they do. My promise is to make the process of selling or buying your home a pleasant one and to provide you with as much information as I possibly can.
I have lived in Fredericksburg for about 12 years and have worked in Real Estate since 2005. I have spent those years perfecting the many facets of the real estate business including marketing, closing, assisting agents, commercial real estate and property management, and more. Also, I have provided many different companies with residential and commercial: BPO’s, SIR’s, Occupancy Checks, Price Bids, etc.
I love to work the different areas of real estate, and my specialty is working with Investors. I utilize this unique skill to be able to pinpoint definite market values of homes that are for sale and to help a potential home seller see what their property is worth in the current state that it is in.
